"The hotel was okay, but some of the staff were really bad. We started our stay very poorly, with a very grumpy and unfriendly reception at 5:30 PM. We practically had the keys thrown at us and couldn't get directions to our room, nor was there any guidance about the hotel's facilities, etc. We had been looking forward to a swim, but we never managed to find the pool due to a lack of guidance. "This place is immaculate and very carefully designed. The owners really care about this new building! We were pleasantly surprised to see all the green space off the patio and even saw sheep in the distance. This place is much better than the pictures suggest. Fantastic break after a busy day in Munich. "
