Sehr schönes Hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und der Ausblick Richtung Park ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück bietet viel Auswahl, sowohl warme als auch kalte Speisen werden angeboten.

Pleasant overnight stay

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The hotel car park was full when we arrived so we had to park some distance away. Easy walking distance into town.

Aufenthalt für 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise und Besuch der Bad Hersfelder Festspiele. Stiftsruine und Altstadt bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Freundlicher Empfang. Grosszügige Zimmer. Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstücksbuffet im Vergleich zu anderen 4 Stern Hotels eher bescheiden. Für Kurzaufenthalt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen, insbesondere in Anbetracht der günstigen Lage zur Stiftsruine. Die 4 Sterne Einteilung erscheint mir aber grosszügig, mit gutem Willen allenfalls 4minus.

Fest i restauranten ødelagde opholdet

En meget larmende fest i restauranten ødelagde nattesøvnen totalt da der var en råben og skrigen indtil kl 3. Hvis man kan risikere det vælger vi helt sikkert et andet hotel næste gang. Det er synd for hotellet er ellers ganske fint

Great hotel in quiet neighborhood

I had a ticket for a comedy show and only needed 1 night. This hotel is directly opposite a big park, in a very quiet neighborhood. I was happy with everything except for the bed which was a bit too soft for my taste. The breakfast buffet was nice, not too extravagant but everything you need.

super Lage für einen Festspielbesuch

10 Minuten zum Festspielgelände, sehr netter Service, das Abendessen wird in Buffet Form angeboten.Das macht die Zeitplanung zum Losgehen angenehm entspannt.

Was expecting more !

The wifi was not working at all, which was disappointing and there was no Air Conditioner. I'm English and my fault for not knowing German but I couldn't communicate with the staff at all. Also, the next day, I was told I needed to pay an additional $67.00 to them, in addition, to the money I already paid expedia and the lack of communication did not make the situation any better. The location is good but the room had a "worn" feel and the lack of wifi and any air conditioner was not what I expected. The breakfast was also not really what I would call a good buffet but the coffee was good. I give this hotel a 2 star.

Bei Fahrradtour tretschnass angekommen, trotzdem extrem freundlich behandelt worden, sehr zuvorkommend und verständnisvoll. Sehr aufmerksam auch beim Frühstück. Alles super.
