"There is nobody to manage your booking, it's all automatic and door code only. This create difficulties to access and understand how to enter your room. Moreover the bill wasn't at the right amount, I sent message to have a good bill, but no answer since then. I don't really like this kind of full automatic hotel, human worker are usefull, don't delete them !"

"Great hotel in a good location within easy walking distance of the historic centre. The bedroom was very comfortable and well equipped - perhaps a chair would have made it perfect.
