Excellent Hotel centrally located in town! Rooms were large and clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using their spa very much. The staff was very friendly, especially Jan at the front desk. He arranged a to-go lunch for our early morning check out.

What a beautiful hotel inside was clean and light. Staff all freindly good choice for breakfast , well stocked bar and great restaurant menu. Indoor pool and spa maintained very well. We have really enjoyed our stay here and have recommended to 2 friends

Just a wonderful hotel. The room was so lovely, it had a wonderful aroma when you walked in and every attention detail was paid to the hotel. The spa was clean and the swimming pool water was very pure and not heavy with chlorine. The breakfast was second to none, with lots of different options and very fresh. Just a really well put together hotel, and a five star experience! Surprised the hotel is not 5 star!

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und auch das Personal überaus freundlich. Schade fand ich, dass mir gleich von Beginn an 2 Tagespauschalen für die Garage in Rechnung gestellt wurden, obwohl ich nicht in diese gefahren bin. Nach der ersten Nacht hab ich dies der Rezeption bekannt gegeben, mit dem Hinweis, dass ich erst um 8 Uhr morgen eingefahren bin. Es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dies entsprechend korrigiert wird. Um 15 Uhr habe ich die Garage verlassen und bin in diese auch nicht mehr eingefahren. Beim Check Out am nächsten Morgen musste ich feststellen, dass wieder eine Tagespauschale für die Garage verlangt wurde (18€). Als ich nachfragtewas denn der Preis in der Stunde ist wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es 2€ sind. Ich habe darauf hingewiesen, dass ich nur 7 Stunden in der Garage war und daher nicht verstehe warum ich eine Pauschale von 14€ bezahlen soll. Es ging zwar nur um 4€ aber dennoch gibt es mir hier uns Prinzip, da theoretisch ja auch 2 Pauschalen verrechnet hätten werden sollen. Nach kurzer Rücksprache wurde mir dann die Garage nicht in Rechnung gestellt. Hierzu möchte ich anmerken, dass es ein echt professioneller Umgang mit der Situation war! Dennoch finde ich es nicht in Ordnung, gleich 2 Pauschalen in Rechnung zu stellen nur weil man mit dem Auto anreist. Noch dazu kann man in der Zeit von 18-8 Uhr draußen in der Kurzparkzone parken, worauf uns das Hotel auch nicht hingewiesen hat, sondern eine Polizistin. Dennoch ein tolles Hotel
