The romantic 40m² non-smoking holiday apartment (smoking only on the terrace) is in a quiet and well-presented house. It is suitable for 2 people, perhaps with a child (up to 6 years old in bed provided, free of charge). Bed linen and towels are included, as well as Wi-Fi access. The living room has a sofa, a glass table, a radio, a flatscreen TV and a glass display cabinet. There is an additional dining space with three chairs next to the kitchen. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a built-in room divider. The kitchen is fully-equipped with ample crockery, a four-ring electric hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, toaster, microwave etc. The bathroom has a window, WC and bath. The hallway with cloakroom space rounds off the cosy home. A Cafissimo coffee machine can be provided on request, with capsules available at Tchibo.
There is a free parking space in front of the house. You can relax on the big terrace with a charmingly laid out rockery. Garden furniture and a parasol are provided. Pets are not allowed. If you arrive by train, we can collect you from the train station on agreement. Luggage can be sent in advance to the address.
Bad Kissingen is an idyllically situated spa town rich in tradition, at the foot of the Bavarian Rhön. It is easy to get to by car, train or bus. The well-known spa town offers a range of recreation and leisure: theatre, cinema, golf course and tennis courts, Kissalis-Therme thermal baths for relaxing, the Rhön nature reserve, as well as wellness, healthcare and comprehensive medical services. Other spa towns in the area are Bad Brückenau, Bad Neustadt and Bad Bocklet. Many new cycle paths have been developed, inviting you to go on lovely cycle tours in nature. Bad Kissingen is one of the most well-known spa towns in Germany, already very popular since the 19th century among kings and princes. A stroll through the Kurgarten and Rosengarten is to be recommended, as well as the town with its old buildings. Bad Kissingen has very nice baths for relaxation and leisure, as well as a modern cinema and a lovely theatre for entertainment. If you are in the mood for music, Bad Kissingen is also known for its “Kissinger Sommer” and “Kissinger Winter”. During this time there are many special kinds of event, from music to theatre, classical to modern. Everyday shops are within convenient walking distance. It is about a three-minute walk to the pedestrian zone and six minutes to the spa facilities. You can get to the Kissalis-Therme conveniently and free by municipal bus. The main bus stop for the municipal buses, Berliner Platz, is only a two-minute walk from the apartment.
