"Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad hätten gerne besser sein können. Von drei Saunen war nur eine in Betrieb und diese wurde dann auch schon um 20:15 Uhr abgeschaltet. Zimmer war gut. Zwar schon älter aber gut in Schuss. Frühstück und das dortige Personal sehr gut und freundlich. Der Herr beim Check Out war absolut unfreundlich und überheblich mir und den eigenen Kollegen gegenüber. So etwas geht gar nicht!"
