"The room i was in was reasonably nice. Dated decor, but clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful, however hardly spoke any English, so it was tricky getting checked in and out. Breakfast was poor. The sausages and eggs were cold (I did get a bit of an upset stomach on my third day, however not sure if this was because of the breakfast or something else I ate outside the hotel) and the bread was hard. "Usefull hotel"

"Convenient location right across the train station. Nice breakfast. Beautiful gardens. Room can be a little hot without AC. "

"Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad hätten gerne besser sein können. Von drei Saunen war nur eine in Betrieb und diese wurde dann auch schon um 20:15 Uhr abgeschaltet. Zimmer war gut. Zwar schon älter aber gut in Schuss. Frühstück und das dortige Personal sehr gut und freundlich. Der Herr beim Check Out war absolut unfreundlich und überheblich mir und den eigenen Kollegen gegenüber. So etwas geht gar nicht!"

"Ich war bereits zum zweiten mal dort. Was ja bedeutet, dass ich nach dem ersten Aufenthalt insgesamt zufrieden war. Die Schwächen des Hotels waren mir also durchaus bewusst. Am ersten Tag hatte ich morgens zwei kleine Wünsche geäussert. Bei meiner Rückkehr gegen 21.30 Uhr mußte ich aber feststellen, dass die nicht erledigt wurde. Da die Rezeption aber noch bis 22 Uhr besetzt war konnte das noch erledigt werden. Aber insgesamt hatte die Dame letztlich insgesamt einen unprofessionellen Eindruck...
