"Excellent location. Amenities were on point. Only one thing truly needs to be improved, and that’s the elevators. They’re inexcusably slow and the control system needs a software update. Staff, breakfast, bar, and room were fantastic. "

"We stayed here for Phantasialand, it's about a 20/30 minute walk from the hotel, or a 5 minute car ride. I would recommend hiring a car as there isn't much to do besides the themepark, cleanliness is very good. On the one day we wasn't at the park and therefore able to sleep in a little, staff were knocking on for cleaning at 9am. There was no sign to put on the door to say do not disturb "

"The hotel is very large and taking that into consideration it is immaculate. Plenty of seating areas, 3 restaurants for eating and a bar. We visit Maritim hotels for their signature breakfast and this experience was the best yet. Food laid out neatly and crockery cleared efficiently. Staff lovely and welcoming in all departments. Didn't visit the pool or gym. Transport stations nearby for getting into the city."
