"Overall the location is great. I was a little taken aback when the receptionist said I shouldn't have walked away from the automatic kiosk after it said there were no rooms available, even though I had a reservation. It appeared no one was able to use the kiosks to successfully check-in. I also wish the tubs were a little more accommodating, they're pitched like a black diamond ski slope. All in all, the location is perfect for early flights. One of my top 5 airport hotels!"
