I have been travelling to Bad sackingen at least once a year for 2 or 3 weeks for my job. So, I spent around 100 nights in this hotel at the past 5 years. It is sad to see that everything is going down. The quality of the facility is going down year by year. It is just sad to see how bad is the management of the hotel. The bathroom floods, no working chair in their most expensive room (Suite), Spider webs and bugs everywhere and finally the staff is getting rude lately. This hotel was my Nr.1 spot at my trips to Bad Sackingen but I am sure this will change soon.

Pas de climatisation Nous étions 2 couples avec 2 chambres différentes, une chambre standard à 110 CHF et une suite junior à 200 CHF. Les deux étaient exactement identiques, sauf le prix bien entendu. Pas très correct.

Personal war freundlich und kompetent. Aber das Hotel liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es gibt kaum herkömmliche Parkplätze - nur wildes Parken auf dem Seiten-/Grünstreifen neben der Fahrbahn. Wenden mit dem Auto ist schwierig. Mein negatives Highlight ist aber das unverschlüsselte WLAN.

Sauberkeit es ist sauber aber auch nicht mehr. Wenn 2 Personen in der Dusche nur 1 kleines Shampoo finden und dies für 2 Tage genau das selbe für Toilettenpapier ist dies für den Preis plus Aufschlag Zimmerwechsel nicht so erfreulich. Natürlich nehme ich immer auch noch zusätzlich Wellness Artikel mit. Es liegt an den Kleinigkeiten die der Gast schätzt.
