They were there and waiting for us when our train arrived and helped with the luggage - evening bar had a gentleman playingnthe piano which was very nice. "I had a good sleep in room 102. Rooms around mine was not occupied. No shower gel and shampoo. I don't see anything about in the hotels.com amenities description. Why did you lie? It never happened so far. You think you paid online but you have to pay again to check out. Parking and breakfast are included. Unfortunately, I didn't try sauna. It was off."
