Hotel bello, ma servizio inesistente

L'hotel è caratteristico e la camera molto bella, peccato che il servizio sia insistente. La reception non esiste, ti arriva un codice via sms che ti serve per accedere alla struttura. Da li capisci anche quale camera ti è stata riservata. Poi devi riuscire a capire che c'è una tessera sul tavolo che ti servirà per aprire le varie porte. Avevo chiesto la colazione e mi sono ritrovato una sportina attaccata alla porta con 3 panini vuoti. In seguito aprendo il frigorifero (casualmente) ho trovato un pò di frutta e dell'affettato. Se non avessi aperto il frigorifero, come facevo a sapere che una parte della colazione era li? Al check out non c'era nessuno, me ne sono andato e dopo poco è arrivata la fattura da pagare via mail. Peccato, perchè hotel e camera sono belli, ma il servizio è inesistente!! Pessimo

Top Location mit einzigartiger Atmosphäre, wann man erst einmal auf dem Zimmer ist. Ideal wäre, wenn das Einchecken durch Fachpersonal erfolgen würde. Im Auf-zug stehen nur die Etagen, nicht die Zimmernamen. Den Zugangscode für die Haupttür zum Turm erhält man per SMS am ANREISETAG, oder auch nicht, also die Notfallnummer unbedingt notieren. Die Tür zum Zimmer vom Aufzug aus lässt sich mit der rfid Karte oder dem rfid Chip öffnen, Nur blöd, wenn beides IM Zimmer liegt und man nicht reinkommt. Aber dafür gibt es ja die Notfallnummer. . Frühstück gibt es, wenn man es 1 Woche vorher bestellt, Im Room Manual steht alles, nur nicht wie man ins I-Net kommt. Also einfach ausprobieren und den Gastzugang wählen.
