"La chambre avait un défaut de Clim, nous avons eu très chaud pendant 2 nuits malgré les réglages la Clim ne fonctionnait toujours pas. Nous avons à plusieurs reprises demandé à la réception de régler le problème en vain. Pas de réponse positive et de geste commercial en fin de séjour. Plutôt déçu."

I can’t imagine how this could have worked for guests with disabilities. The hotel did not offer any apologies or make any good gestures to make up for this. "
