"Rooms are great and spacious, also clean. We’ve booked some massages in advance which were also great value. (Keep in mind these are wellness, not medical!). However, the Fitness room needs some proper maintenance. Water rower out of water, Spin bikes barely moving, Weight stand bend, .. Nothing serious, but unexpected in a pricey 4* Hotel. Same is true for the Sauna Area. Like the knobs to hang your bathrobe/towel are either gone, or super loose. Again, it does function and I had a few Sauna runs. But it didn’t ‘spark’.."
