Nice little holiday house in a prime old town location, newly 2017

House for 4 people, on 2 floors:
The ground floor houses the new and fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 people. You'll also find a pantry and a cloakroom. You will find everything you want in a kitchen. Whether you want to prepare a snack or a 3-course menu - in this house you can do that with pleasure.
Also located on the ground floor the bathroom, here you can look forward to a veritable shower experience thanks to the new rainshower. The staircase with stainless steel railing takes you through the gallery in both bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed. In the room there is a large closet, the other a chest of drawers and a clothes rail are available.
Sheets and towels are of course ready for you.
About the larger bedroom you reach the balcony.
In the upper floor there is a sperate toilet.
You also have the opportunity to relax in the cozy and always well-kept garden.
In both bedrooms, as well as in the kitchen there is a Smart TV incl. Netflix with satellite reception and Wi-Fi access.

Surroundings:
The house is located in the Fuchsengasse, a very quiet street from where you can reach the city center in a few minutes.
With the spa town of Bad Windsheim you have chosen the perfect destination in Middle Franconia.
You can relax in the Frankentherme or Freilandmuseum experience culture or simply stroll through the old town in resort.
A large number of activities awaits you which are both within an hour, among others in the cities of Nuremberg and Würzburg.

Perfect little place to spend our week in Germany. Very close to Rothenburg and was the perfect location for many day trips to other areas we wanted to see. The host was awesome and made you feel at home and answered any questions. Would definitely recommend this property!

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub in dem schönen Ferienhaus. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Das Quartier ist perfekt, modern und liebevoll mit wertiger Ausstattung sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an Nichts. Besonders lobenswert: Verbrauchsutensilien des täglichen Bedarfs waren in sehr ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die sympathische und unkomplizierte Vermieterin hat uns freundlich empfangen und die Hausregeln sowie andere Details ausführlich erklärt. Miteinander hatten wir eine sehr angenehme Zeit in stressfreier Atmosphäre. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥇👍👏👏👏

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, alle Erwartungen wurden erfüllt oder übertroffen, das Ferienhaus hält was es verspricht und hat ein wunderbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Vermieterpaar Schuster ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und berät gern zu Beschäftigungsangeboten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in und um Bad Windsheim. Die Sauberkeit ist auch ohne jegliche Mängel zu bewerten und der Härtegrad der Matratze war perfekt für mich, obwohl letzteres natürlich ein sehr subjektives Kriterium ist. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Sehr sauberes gemütliches kleines Haus, die Küche hat alles was man zum Kochen benötigt, leider waren die Matratzen für unsere Verhältnisse zu hart, aber jeder schläft anders, die Relax Sessel sind eine große Bereicherung, ansonsten ohne weiteres weiter zu empfehlen

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr durchdacht ist das Haus eingerichtet, sodass wir uns schnell heimisch gefühlt haben. Die von vielen vor uns angepriesene Tee- & Kaffeeauswahl ist noch viel reichhaltiger, als wir uns vorgestellt haben. An den vielen Kleinigkeiten , die uns erst im Laufe der Zeit aufgefallen sind, konnten wir erkennen, dass es unseren Vermietern sehr wichtig ist, dass man sich als Gast wohlfühlen soll. Und das haben wir vom ersten Tag an. Das Haus liegt in einer zauberhaften kleinen Gasse, die Innenstadt ist sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Diane hat und mit viel Insiderinfos ausgestattet, wie u.a. bester Bäcker, Metzger. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und wir können dieses hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.

Mein Mann und ich haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in Dianes und Horsts modernen, sehr gepflegten, bestens ausgestatteten sowie geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts: eine sehr grosse Auswahl an Tee und Kaffee, Gewürze, Essig, Öl, verschiedene Getränke, leckere Süssigkeiten. Und dann noch die absolute Ruhe, die uns erlaubt hat, uns nach unseren diversen Aktivitäten (Therme, Entdeckung der charmanten Altstadt, Wanderungen, Ausflug nach Rothenburg ob der Tauber...) voll zu entspannen.
