"We had to stay outside for a long time at mid night with my kid and nobody was responding for a long time. No staff was there to receive us. No instructions until I asked! It was all suspicious! Not enough pillows! Nobody shared with us how to use the WiFi! The whole night people were making noises! Terrible experience "

"Very roomy property with a lot of natural light. Requires car and is over the border in Germany. This might increase your car rental price by 30CHF if you're renting from Switzerland (and declare that you're crossing the border). Villa is in (european) walking distance from an Aldi, however, please remember that stores are closed on Sundays. The property has 2 "real" bedrooms, one bedroom that sectioned off from the main/living room by curtains, providing visual privacy, but not sound. In...

"the staff of the hotel were fantastic and they accomodated any extra items we needed with speed and grace. They were professional and friendly. My only concern was the restaurant below - the food was okay, and the staff there seemed indifferent, short, and not very friendly. For breakfast, the bacon was inedible, and hot food was often cold. It was the worst breakfast we had on our trip. It was disappointing. But I know that isn't a Radisson issue - otherwise we had a fantastic stay! "

Crowne Plaza Zürich - would recommend

"Great location near to Stadion Letzigrund where we watched one of the Euro 2025 football matches. After flight delays / rerouting, plus the arrival day being my birthday, we arrived after a long journey to be greeted by a very friendly reception chap, who gave us a free drink in the bar and breakfast voucher. Most welcome - thank you. Room was clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning was great as it was very hot weather. "

"We arrived in Zurich after a long international trip, walked to the hotel from picking up our baggage, slept well, and the next morning had a good breakfast at the hotel. The train station at the airport is walking distance, shopping and restaurants are there. We continued to our destination on the train."
