Excellent stay. First time myself and our toddler had a night away without mum. Beautiful location in Badajoz; staff were excellent, lady at reception couldn’t do enough for us and the lady at breakfast was very helpful indeed. Would use again or recommend to friends and family. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They couldn't be more helpful. My room was very comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean, and had a lovely deep bath. I had a great night's sleep and went to breakfast in their restaurant which was immaculately kept, very reasonably priced and had a vast and delicious choice of foods.

Helpful and friendly but the rooms were hot and humid. AC certainly does not stand for Air Conditioning as I couldn't make the room very cool at all. Breakfast also was limited and not particularly appealing but the kids enjoyed the pastries and juice so they were happy enough. Hotel was quiet and empty at the time so wonder if they cut back on things like this for that reason.
