Great staff, improvable installations

The staff at this hotel are excellent, extremely friendly and professional. The hotel is also very clean. However, there a number of installation issues whic affected my stay: the flush on the toilet did not work properly, it was very difficult to get the shower to work, and the air conditioning was extremely loud. While the pool was nice, it was a lot smaller than the photos reflect and the music playing there was far too loud.

This is a super hotel close to everything in Badajoz. The staff were outstanding in their customer service and the hotel is superb. The breakfast there is extremely packed with all kinds of foods that you will not leave hungry. They prepare just about every breakfast item you can think of. This hotel should be a five stars rating. I want to thank the hotel staff for a wonderful stay and truly recommend this hotel while in Badajoz.

Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly, and our room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the Buffet Breakfast. Although I was rather surprised the see the Manager inspecting the buffet on both mornings and he did not acknowledge guests. It's quite a long walk from the old town.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was pleasant, clean, and in great condition. The staff were helpful in spite of my poor Spanish and helped me with every issue. The staff even had some English which is not common in this part of Spain.The best thing was the welcome package, everything I or my partner could possibly need was provided, from the standard soaps and a hairdryer, to things like a razor, toothpaste and toothbrush, shoe horn, and feminine hygine products. I have never seen a bathroom equipped that well. I cannot reccomend highly enough The hotel is only 30 minutes from town and directly adjacent to the bus station. There are several supermarkets and cafes nearby as well. The only negative we encountered was that the air conditioning in our room failed part way through our stay, and they were unable to fix it after several attempts. This wasn't a major issue as we were able to open the windows.

Probably the best value for money of anyplace we stayed on this trip. Only spent one night as I was there to see the site of the siege of Badajoz. Not a lot else to do in the area but the hotel is spectacular of a small town.

Our Dining experience was spoilt due to two individual diners using mobiles on speaker in the restaurant, then another at breakfast this morning, when will it end? One of the best Hotels ever but, no hotel gets 5* if it doesn’t have a toilet brush.
