This apartment has a great location, AAA. Look out from this beautiful balcony with flowers and see the city center and the Black Forest mountains in the background. Reading a book with a glass of local wine at sunset is simply a dream. Apartment has high ceilings, large windows, lots of natural light, parquet floors. Cozy atmosphere in Laura Ashley style with floral wallpaper and good furnishings. TV option, free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a king-size bed, a work table and a large wardrobe. Living room with balcony contains a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom is cozy, has towels, all toiletries. 1st floor, no elevator. All sights are within walking distance. Self check-in, arrival any time from 3pm. For stays of 7 days or more you get 15% discount. For stays of 30 days and more - in low season until April 1st. 40%! You can't miss it.

Property not as listed. But host did update the listing...otherwise, great apartment.

We booked this united specifically because it was listed to have A/C and parking onsite, because there is a heatwave. However, when we arrived, not only was there no A/C, but the host stated that fans is what she means by A/C. The parking spot "on site" is street parking that is accessible to everyone in a very popular area. So, no there is no assigned available parking on site. The host did offered us an additional fan. But again, we booked this specifically because of the listing for A/C and parking. Otherwise we would have chosen something cheaper. Aside from those listing discrepancies. The apartment itself it very clean, well-stocked, in a very convenient and quiet location.
