We specifically booked this hotel as the property advertised Laundry (that the guests can use). We were greatly disappointed as the was the one stop that we paid slightly more than our budget and went slightly out of way just for the laundry. It was also the only night we had booked for laundry during our whole trip and we could only bring a backpack.
The hotel was also a little weird in that the hall lights on the different floors went off overnight. We had to get up early to catch a train and went out our door and everything was dark. We had to use our phone flashlights.
Overall, it was okay.

Cute hotel, chalet-style made the Switzerland trip even more special. Perfect location a nice walk to the train station ot bus stop right across the street. Walking distance to restaurants, COOP and a pharmacy. On the same street as the bus going towards Thun as well. Staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful for any questions or issues we had. Area was so quiet too. Breakfast had enough options for food. Price of the hotel was decent.

I liked that it was very close to the train station.
I did not like our last breakfast, apparently a large group came in and ate up almost everything when we arrived to eat at 8:40am. Not sure why they were not prepared for this, other guest were also over heard saying they were disappointed with the left overs
