Das Hotel ist sehr schön und vor allem ruhig gelegen. Der Zimmerservice könnte besser und sauberer sein. Mal wurde vergessen die Minibar wieder aufzufüllen, mal wurde der Kaffee oder die Milch dazu vergessen aufzufüllen. Geht in einem 3 Sterne Haus auch deutlich besser. Was ebenfalls irreführend ist , da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür ist der absolut nicht vorhandene Pool, weder innen noch außen. Da wir das Hotel aufgrund des Pools gebucht haben der hier gleich bei Expedia auf dem 2. Bild zu sehen ist , waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Bilder von der Poollandschaft sind nicht vom Hotel sondern von der 5 Gehminuten entfernten Therme , wobei man hier natürlich Eintritt zahlen muss. Also wer das Hotel aufgrund der (nicht vorhandenen) Poollandschaft buchen will, wird wie wir enttäuscht :(

Great location for exploring the area or just staying to relax. Staff were very welcoming, the room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. No complaints at all.

Meine Frau und ich waren für den Zeitraum von 27.05.24 - 30.05.24 in dem bezaubernden Schlossberg Hotel. Von außen bemerkt man das dass Hotel etwas älter ist, doch im inneren verbirgt sich ein unglaublich modernes, familiäres Anwesen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die absolut persönliche Servicenote die dieses Hotel führt. Ich habe so umfassend herzliches Personal, selten bzw nochnie erlebt und muss meine Begeisterung nun auch hier in der Bewertung ausdrücken. Hier werden Sie nicht nur als Hotelgast angesehen, hier erleben sie die außergewöhnlich schöne Menschlichkeit die so oft vergessen wird. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens und guten Gewissens empfehlen. Gäbe es einen 6ten Stern hätte dieses Hotel diesen definitiv verdient. Beste Grüße aus Bayern

Charme et confort au top

Un modèle d'hôtel confortable et cosy où on a envie de passer du temps. Un peu à l'écart, mais la vue est très belle, le calme est assuré, et après tout le coeur de la ville n'est qu'à 5 mn à pied. Le seul bémol, s'il faut en trouver un, c'est qu'on ne peut accéder au spa après 18h, le personnel n'étant plus sur place. Pour le reste, tout est nickel : accueil, propreté, déco, petit déjeuner. Bref, un des hôtels les plus agréables où nous avons séjourné.

Wonderful hotel and staff!!

This is an amazing hotel in the beautiful area of the Black Forest and Badenweiler. A great location in the town and close to their Roman Bath ruins and their up to date and modern bath house. The staff was very welcoming and kind to our family. The rooms were very spacious and modern while still reflecting the classic location and building. Would certainly stay there again!!

Hervorragend Wir haben Silvester in dem Hotel verbracht und wurden upgraded kostenlos in eine Penthouse Suit, Mega. Das Personal hat sich um einen Galadiener im Nachbarhotel gekümmert und auch sonst jeden Wunsch von Augen abgelesen. Einfach mega. Ein herziges kleines Hotel, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mitten im schönen Park mit traumhaften Aussicht. Rundum glücklich. Kommen garantiert wieder

Un hôtel à recommander

Malgré la barrière de la langue, le personnel est toujours souriant et très serviable. Les chambres sont très propre. Notre chambre est équipé d’un joli balcon donné sur une très belle vue. Le petit déjeuner est très bien garni. Rapport qualité prix extraordinaire. Je recommande vivement.
