The apartments are grouped around an attractively landscaped communal pool with sun loungers and parasols.

Residence Badus is located just 200 meters from the center of Badesi. The center of Badesi offers shops, bars, restaurants, as well as medical services and a pharmacy.

The beaches of Li Mindi and Li Junchi are 2.5 km and 3 km away, respectively, and can be reached by bus.
