"Staff is extremely friendly and always there to help. The bedroom was clean and ac worked great. We had a room with a double bed and single. They rented us a scooter for 400php/ day. The mattress is a 4" thick foam, nothing fancy. The Internet was not available in the room. There are many other patrons, maybe 8 or 9, and we all share the same bathroom and kitchen. It is more like a hostel than a hotel/ motel. Some patrons are downright rude, drunk and otherwise immature. Expect to be woken...

"The owner is super friendly, the staff too. The place is very quiet and you'll enjoy a stay from the touristic hustle of Moalboal, which remains very accessible of you got a motorbike or just choose to move around with buses. Cottages are very clean and perfectly furnished, with a great fan on the roof to keep the place fresh. You'll enjoy the many birds around singing in the morning for a a quiet and ernergizing stay."

"Staffs are accomodating and very helpful. We requested few things such as extra pillows and blower and they both responded positively without even charging extra dime. Breakfast meal is also tasteful and afforable. Im impressed with their service. Ive booked a hotel in Tan-awan,Oslob at the same price with Adam’s View but with fewer amenities and they charge everything for small little things. We also booked a sardine tour with them and it was amazing experience! Thank you and we will surely...

Maya Suites Badian Powered by Cocotel

Badian

10/10 Excellent

This hotel in the middle of Badian is a very nice surprise. Super clean, the facilities is new and the staff were very accommodating. I reserve a room with 3 beds which became unavailable so instead of having a room with 2 queen beds, they gave us two bedrooms instead at no extra charge. It’s right across from the fresh market(palenke). It not close to many eating establishment unless you like local eating places which are not you sit down restaurant types. Lots of stores around and easy...

They didn’t have daily house cleaning but it was very nice. We could have asked for it and I am sure they would’ve done it but since we only stayed a couple of nights there was no need. The breakfast was good they had a continental breakfast, a Filipino breakfast and an American breakfast all good for the price we paid. When the room we paid for aircon didn’t work they went above and beyond to make it right for us. Very happy for our 2 stays with them and probably will be staying again soon!!

Negative: no night stand lamp, swimmable beach only at high tide, no swimming pool, no bar, no mini market/snacks avail to purchase Positives: restaurant is like home, great food, friendly/ helpful staff, great ocean view, nice open patio restaurant, right across the street from the entrance to Kawasan Falls, drinks (including beer) & ice cream selection available, canyoneering company located at hotel, filtered water available at restaurant, all rooms on ground floor, clean room Overall...

I reserved one queen bed they gave us two. The showers were weak in power but hot and steamy. The place was quiet at night despite the bar on the premises. I have issues with roosters trying to wake me up. I use ear plugs but they didn’t work enough in Oslob. Perhaps I was tired. But not problems. Trike guys are the best guides. Don’t pay for the tours. The reefs were decimated by typhoon Odette so there is not much to look at. Canyoneering is fun though. And it’s the only way to see the upper...

Worth it! A stone’s throw from Moalboal beach, Westcoast is a busy bubbly hostel with friendly staff. It’s in the hub of everything. The place is well kept. The bathrooms are decent, modern despite the fact that you can’t flush loo roll. The staff clean every morning. The staff were warm and friendly and always willing to help. Kudos. Breakfast included. On a menu. There is a good choice too. In fact, the best I had in Cebu, at any of the 5 accommodations I stayed. Breakfast is servered at...

We loved staying here! The room was perfect and it’s located right by the pool! The pictures are very accurate. We rented a car so it made coming and going easy. Others reviewed that they didn’t like it being outside of town, but when we visited the town we were thrilled with our location at Casa de MoalBoal. The town is very cramped and dirty, so it was lovely coming home to a fresh, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. The free breakfast was always good. We also snorkeled just out front.
