"Great communication from Peter from the moment of booking to the moment of leaving. Always on hand to answer any question and loads of really helpful information provided before your stay. Helped with the transfers too. The villa is very spacious and theres more than enough room and storage for 6 people.(There were 4 of us) The villa itself is lovely and the outside area is perfect for a day in the sun/pool.Lots of space and seating areas. We felt the location was also perfect. Couple of minutes walk to Kohili beach bar(breakfast in there is lovely) and firemans beach. Short walk from the supermarkets and main strip of restaurant's and bars. The bus also take you to protaras/Ayia Napa etc. It was our first time in cyprus and there is so much to see and do. We will definitely be back.Thank you Peter"

"As a family of four this Villa hit all of our buttons and did disappoint. It was the perfect size and had wonderful amenities that made our stay a wonderful experience. The place was very well maintained. The only negative would be finding the villa per the directions - they state it’s in Complex A but there’s no such thing as this and it’s actually Phase 1. But apart from that mishap we had a wonderful time and everything was close by in terms of beaches and restaurants."

"The house was spacious and impeccably clean. Kitchen was awesomely stocked! Thanks so much! The location is spectacular. Really close to the beach. The communication with the property was poor: No-one told us via email that they would be trying to reach us via WhatsApp and as a result we missed basic info for getting inside the property. The other factor that made it a 3.5 instead of a 5-star is how dated the house was on the inside. The bathrooms were falling apart. Two of the shower doors were not working/falling off. The furniture was so outdated/gaudy that was not really functional. This is overall a great location but the interior of the house (for the we paid) needs a serious renovation. "

"A great sized villa for 6 people very near an amazing beach (4 minute walk away)plus local restaurants and bars. The surrounding area was very peaceful and relaxing.Villa is very clean however it is a bit 'tired' in parts and the kitchen is very sparsely equipped - there were no plastic plates or glasses for outside use, no tea towels, dishwasher tablets and only a small cloth to clean with. We have stayed in many villas and there have always been an assortment of basic cooking oils and condiments but there was nothing- not even salt.I would not pay the 2 per pool towel per day again- they were very worn- its cheaper just to buy one locally and throw it away!The air conditioning did not work downstairs when we first arrived which was unbearable in 35 degree heat but Andreas the owner did come round the next day and arranged an engineer to fix this.Beds were very comfy and the air con upstairs works well. Plenty of wardrobe space in each bedroom which is brilliant.A bit annoying is that there is nowhere in the bathrooms or bedrooms to put cosmetics or toiletries which would be an issue if there were 6 adults The floors and stairs are marble so slippy when wet- I would be very cautious if I had small children.The pool was lovely although looses the sun by 5pm- the sunbeds would be perfect if there were cushions on them.Taxi to Protaras is 20 each way.We will definitely return to the villa as its locations is perfect and the negatives are only minor."

"We had a lovely villa in a great location, 5 mins walking distance from restaurants and bars. Walking distance to beautiful coves and beaches, safe for children to play in 10/15 mins drive to Protaras where there is more night life and restaurants. Well recommend it and will definitely return "
