"The premises were located right in the town centre and in front of the ski lifts. The balcony was spacious with a nice view of the city and the mountains. There was no one at reception on arrival when it was supposed to be open. The room key was going to be in a box outside but the box was empty. Luckily the hotel next door was able to contact the receptionist who eventually came. The reception had limited opening hours and was often closed during these hours. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts.
