"Very comfortable bed, clean room and renovated bathroom. Good breakfast with several choices from meat, eggs, cheese, pastries, cereals and yogurt. The carpet in the halls could be replaced and the staff could be friendly and greet their guests as they come and go to make them feel more welcome. Otherwise nice stay."

"Fairly close to Fidenza Shopping Outlet and Parma. Old converted monastery...food had a modern take rather than classic Italian fare which is a personal choice. Parking easy. Beware some of the rooms are not easily accessible so may need to ask for accessible rooms. Good stopover"

"Don’t be fooled! The hotel is behind what looks like a derelict industrial building so far from prepossessing. BUT it is a really good hotel when you get round to it - good parking, clean, helpful staff etc etc"

"Staff where professional and polite room was ok , but we asked for extra 2 pillows, they said they don’t have any left. Shower was disaster, shower head was broken and dirty and water keeps switching between hot and cold. We couldn’t take shower in the end."
