"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"We stayed at Ty’n Rhyl while on a cycle tour of North Wales. Elvira and David are wonderful hosts. They are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. On arrival we were greeted with a proper cup of tea and freshly baked home-made cake. Dinner was a truly gastronomic experience. Ty’n Rhyl is a very old house; truly living history. Parts date back to the early 17th century. We’d gladly stay again, so highly recommended."

"The staff were very friendly. Told us how to get into the property because we arrived past due usual check in time. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the kitchen was stocked up on breakfast items. I think the only couple of negatives were that the steps up to the door are steep so you do have to watch your step. "We received a warm welcome upon arrival from Kenny and his staff, We had a day a Chester races planned and were struggling to get a taxi so Kenny stepped in to save the day and kindly took us in his car.
