"Brilliant stay, staff accommodation. Breakfast not very organised, no cups, milk etc. Nothing topped up or checked regularly. We had to keep asking for things but staff didn't acknowledge with a smile would just walk off and get what was needed. Not what you expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall would stay again but unsure if we would book breakfast! "

It's a bit harder getting here with public transportation. We walked from Pontyclun station which was okay but others may want to make sure they pre-arrange transportation if needed."
