"It was amazing! The House is original and clean, and have everything that you need! The outside area is everything that you wish fore. The pool area is the place that We used the most its amazing! Frencesco are very kind and helpful! Overall it was perfect for us!"

"We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."

"Complete tranquility in the Italian countryside. Cecilia, our host, met us to show us the way to this amazing country house, full of character which had everything you could possibly need. She had also bought shopping for us which was so appreciated when we arrived early evening after a long day travelling. Perfect location near the train line to Rome and plenty of shops and restaurants is the neighbouring towns. Plenty to do at the house though, the pool was amazing and also the table tennis...

"The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....

"Gleich bei der Anreise haben wir uns in dieses wundervolle und traumhafte Plätzchen in landschaftlich reizvoller Lage verliebt. (...eigentlich schon nach der Annonce) Der Pool gab uns die nötige Abkühlung bei 39°C. Das Haus hatte uns mit seinem Charm und der Einzigartigkeit sofort im Bann!! Es gab keine lästigen Mücken und der abendliche warme Wind lud ein bis tief in die Nacht auf verschiedenen Terrassen zu verweilen. Die ganze Familie konnte sich wunderbar erholen.
