Omar at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient asv well as the rest of the staff! The A/C was great! We learned we need to leave the card in the slot inside the room for the A/C to be running. The room was clean and very quiet. I never heard surrounding noises. I highly recommend!

The main draw of Tivoli for me was the Villa d'Este, but the town itself was definitely worth exploring! Very tiny and fairly removed from tourists, it has a great authentic small town feel. It was also apparently laundry day when I went, almost all the windows had clothes drying!
