"Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. "This was a clean room, had everything I needed. The bathroom has a few areas that could do with a re-paint but everything was very clean and I had plenty of towels etc. provided. I was a bit disappointed that food wasn't being served but there were plenty of places for me to eat within a short walk. I felt safe walking around on my own in the area. Access up the stairs would not suit anyone with mobility challenges."
