clean, easy stay, amenities were nice!

Great location, walkable distance to many famous landmarks: Taichung Train Station, Miyahara store, Taichung City Hall. It is close to lots of good eateries, restaurants, and milk tea stores. At the corner, there is a bakery that we highly recommend; it has excellent sandwiches and is always crowded. The reception staff is very helpful. The reception area is welcoming with some snacks and a warm delicious date drink. We got Room 715. It is of decent size and has a balcony. Due to some mistakes...

Comfortable bed, free snacks, buffet breakfast was outstanding.

The concierge staff is so great, helping us arrange transport and save us lots of money. They really treat you as friends and family.

We had a fantastic stay at Fleur de Chine. This is an exceptional hotel on all fronts. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite with Tatami room and incredible views across Sun Moon Lake from our terrace. Our kids had a blast in the pools and with the many activities. The location right on Sun Moon Lake allowed for some great walks around the lake and hikes through the surrounding forest. The staff were also incredible from check in to check out and always took the time to prioritize guests....

The hotel staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great and I’m thankful for the laundry option.

The room was spotless and quiet. The common areas were clean and quite pleasant. The hotel is on a quiet street and quite accessible to all in the area

Located in an extremely convenient area, close to many great restaurants and extremely walkable to places of interest. Service is impeccable. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful during our weeklong stay here. Daily housekeeping was also completed to high standards while we were away. The daily breakfast was good, variety was slightly small and most of the main dishes were repeated daily like the porridge, buns, fruits, cereals and bakery items. No complaints there though. FYI, the...

Visited June 2023, overall great experience. Good location, nice room with modern amenities (plenty of outlets/USBs, fancy toilet, shower + bathtub). We had a city view room, so did not get pretty view of lake, but public spaces like the lobby and dining area have fantastic lake views. Parking is at local Zhongxing Parking Lot (中興停車場), less than 5 min walking. Free parking from 12 noon to following day 12 noon. Times outside 12 to 12 will be at your own expense at 40 NTD/hr. We parked at 12...

Our room was very spacious, clean, and stocked with towels and an extra blanket. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

What an incredible find with this hotel that is ideally situated in a very active part of the city. Staff were really nice, rooms very modern and clean. Buffet breakfast selection vast and delicious. And nice touches like free use of washers and dryers. Really feel like I lucked out when I chose this place by chance. Terrific stay.

The staff are very friendly

Convenient and close to great restaurants and shopping. There for two nights on business. Will stay there again.

Beautiful room

Great stay. We loved the lake view from our balcony. We had a king bed executive room that is a large mini suite (American) standard. Hugh bed that was more than comfortable. Bathroom has a big Japanese style soaking tub with big window facing the lake. Nice sunrise that you can see from you bed. Staff was wonderful and can speak English in the front desk. Free bike to use as we can see the bike path around most of the lake from our balcony. Good easy hiking trail to town. We preferred hotel in...

This hotel was nicer than I expected. I needed a hotel close to the HSR station for a night so I could catch an early train the following morning. The room was larger and more comfortable than what I usually get in Taiwan and the staff were helpful getting checked in and out. Do note that it's not really close to the HSR station - you'll still need to take a bus, taxi, or do a fair bit of walking to the local train to get there. But if you need a very reasonably priced hotel on this side of town...
