Absolutely charming place with Lovely hosts! The room was clean, the homemade breakfast was delicious. Sébastien and his wife were absolutely a dream! It is not far from the Mont...2/3 minute drive. Would gladly stay there again!

Within the budget. We walk to the train station to hop in the bus ($3 each) to go to the entrance site of the Abbey, then hop in a free shuttle bus to go to the Abbey or you can walk from here.

We had a very nice stay at hotel. We even added a night because the location is so convenient and the service was excellent and welcoming. We only can recommend the hotel.

We only stayed one night at the Chateau, so we didn't have as much time as we would have liked to explore the grounds. The little that we were able to see was beautiful and such a needed break from the chaos of Paris. The hosts were helpful and very kind. The breakfast in the morning was delightful. This was a beautiful Château. The family was very inviting. We enjoyed learning about the local history while eating breakfast and dinner that was really well prepared. One of the top places to visit if you are in the area.

Nice, clean, comfortable room, good check-in experience. The direct access to the ramparts was a big bonus. The only negative was a misleading email from the hotel regarding advance notice of arrival time which caused unnecessary stress.

Finding this gem was a highlight of my long trip. My room was absolutely perfect - comfy, clean, and even had its own little private patio where I sat and finished work with a glass of wine upon arrival. Great location, fun and modern rooms with convenient to Mont Saint Michel shuttles / transportation. Parking is included in stay which is a good benefit. Breakfast was heartier than others we experienced on our trip - included meats, cheeses, fruit in addition to the usual pastries, breads, and jams. Great choice!

Pleasant staff, easy parking, very pleasant location within walking distance of the Chateau de Combourg, which we had plan to visit. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were excellent. Our room had all the standard amenities of a 3 star hotel.

Superb hotel. It’s a unique property that’s been thoughtfully and beautifully restored. It’s even better in person than in the photos. Lots of comfortable outdoor spaces to enjoy the incredible views. Staff was attentive and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

Cute property in a relaxing rural setting. This place was a great value and a welcome change from staying in hotels in busy areas. Host is very ecologically conscious. Great breakfast! Bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were clean and crisp from being line dried. Would have enjoyed having one more day here.
