"Beautiful resort with amazing amenities! My kids absolutely loved the water park and the beaches. Overall, the resort was clean, beautiful, and we had an enjoyable stay.
I would have given 5 stars, but I truly feel the resort needs to invest more in customer service. Unfortunately, many of our interactions with staff were disappointing, as several employees came across as rude or condescending. There were only a few occasions when staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.
For a resort of this quality, I expected a much higher level of hospitality and customer service. With some improvement in this area, this resort could be an exceptional experience. Despite that, we still had a nice time and enjoyed the beautiful property and amenities."
