"Staff was great. Breakfast buffet excellent. Hotel rooms were old and need fixing . Bathroom sink clogged. Mirror in the bathroom was so blurry and old. It was very noisy during the night you’ll be able to hear people singing until morning. I love the location of the hotel and easy access to dining places and shopping around but the hotel rooms were disappointing . "

Staff was super accommodating with transportation to and from Samosir. The passenger ferry will pick-up/drop-off directly at the property, so contact TukTuk ahead of time to make arrangements!"

I then upgraded ar a huge price difference to a room that was designed for a person less than 5' tall. I had to stoop so low to enter and even to walk around in the room. I hit my head 5 times while entering and exiting the room "
