"Amazing place, diversity of food is very good, we were quite happy with quality of food, swimming pools are great, beach is beautiful and quite close to hotel, room service was good, rooms are not spectacular but clean and nice... Overall we were really happy considering price and value we received. Would recommend it to anyone considering position of hotel on this island. Many nearby attractions and beautiful beaches. "Stayed at R2 Rio Calma in Nov 21. Hotel is OKish, elegant Moorish exterior but rooms would benefit from a makeover. Food was buffet and can only say average. However pools and especially the grounds were really attractive. Hotel is approx a kilometre from main sandy beech. "
