"Overall, we had a good stay at Conchiglia Azzurra. The rooms are fairly modern, clean, spacious, and well maintained, making for a pretty comfortable stay. The staff were always courteous and helpful whenever we needed assistance. One suggestion that would significantly improve the guest experience would be to include beach access amenities with the room. Offering each room one beach umbrella and two loungers for the duration of the stay—similar to what Le Dune provides—would be a welcome addition. When you’re already paying a premium to stay at the hotel, it’s a bit disappointing to have to pay extra each day for an umbrella and loungers. Including these as part of the room rate would add great value and make the overall experience even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Conchiglia Azzurra, especially if this small improvement were considered."

"The hotel is very modern and the rooms are very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice. A lovely swimming pool to relax during the day but the sun beds are limited. The hotel location is quiet as it’s a few miles away from Gallipoli, however we appreciated this as it is a lively place. A car is needed to explore the area and the local beaches."

"To be totally fair and honest we moved to the sister property Palazzo Flora due to a plumbing issue , literally next door. This small hotel was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Parking can be a challenge near the port but with your persistence. Highly recommend the hotel"
