The entire property is yours to enjoy, so relax and make yourself at home! We just ask that you be considerate of our wonderful neighbors by respecting their privacy. And if you’re spending time outside, please help us keep the place beautiful by cleaning up after yourself. It’s all about preserving this little slice of mountain paradise for everyone!
We ask that you please reach out via VRBO messaging only for any inquiries or assistance. Whether you have questions about the property or need local recommendations, your satisfaction is our commitment, and we look forward to being your attentive hosts during your visit!
AWD/4WD Reminder:
If you’re visiting in the winter, we highly recommend an AWD/4WD vehicle. While the roads and our driveway are plowed, snow can be heavy and unexpected. We're not responsible for any vehicle issues during your stay, so if you're renting a car, be sure to request AWD/4WD—don't assume it'll come standard!
Wildlife Watch:
Keep an eye out for our wild neighbors! You might see bears, moose, elk, foxes, raccoons, or deer nearby—or even on the property. It’s always exciting, but remember, this is their home. Please admire them from a distance and avoid any interaction.
Fire Safety & Hiking:
Since we're close to national forests, fire safety is a top priority. Open flames and campfires are not allowed. If you're hiking, please follow the "pack in, pack out" rule and take all trash with you. Your efforts help keep our community and the forest safe!
