Waterfront Home In Baileys Harbor ~ Fantastic Views Of The Harbor And Islands!

Vacationing by the lake is the consummate Door County experience. The waves will lull you to sleep and the ever-changing mood of the lake will become your favorite memory. Kite and sail surfers practice in our bay because of the calm conditions. All types of pleasure and fishing boats arrive and ore ships hug the shore as they pass.

The clean lines of the Empire style interior are accented by our collection of one-of-a-kind antiques from around the world. Each area has an access to the outside by way of a porch or balcony. Each room is cleverly designed to have a lake view.

The queen bedrooms are off the porch and deck on the main floor and upstairs in the whirlpool area. The standard bedrooms are off the garage and upstairs in the Carousel area. 3 bathrooms are attached to bedrooms; one in the upstairs Carousel area is not. A bunk bedroom for children has on full and four single beds.

You are ten minutes away from thick and lively shopping traffic on the bay side. Our lake side is known as the quiet nature sanctuary of unique wild plants and animals. The beauty and calm has drawn the most talented actors and artists to this area since the early 1900's. We have been sharing this house for the last twenty-two years.

Children are delighted to play in the sand at the shallow water's edge, walk to Anclaim Beach Park, ride the wild carousel rabbit, play the unique folk toys, or other games and antique bicycles. The collection of five hundred DVDs can be viewed as the family prepares for bed. Ask for directions to The Farm where even older children like to purchase food for the hungry baby barnyard animals.

Our family ( 3 generations ) stayed for a week. We enjoyed the porches, the backyard, the view, and fire pit. We had a slight glitch in that the oven was not operational, however the owner made an accommodation for that. We had a wonderful time and have great memories of our time at Cedar Beach Resort.

Excellent property and perfectly located In quiet Balieys Hatbor but easy driving to all the busy areas of door county. Many things to see and do! The house is huge and directly on the lake with everything you would ever need included! Perfect for large families. We hope to return!

Our growing family (aged 1 to 67) just spent a week at Cedar Beach Inn The house was spacious and extremely well stocked! We have been coming up for years and this rental was the best so far Most amazing was the view and all of the outdoor spaces (yard and multiple decks) AND proximity to the beach, playground, town of Baileys Harbor not to mention - all of the west coast towns - nothing is more than 15 minutes away Can’t wait to return

Great location and beautiful lake view. The property is old but that was fine with us. Unfortunately, the house was not cleaned before we arrived, leaving us to do the job, even though a cleaning fee is charged each rental.

We had a group of 10 women on a girls trip to Door County. Some family and some friends so we wanted a place big enough so we could have our own space if we wanted. This was the perfect house for us! Plenty of beds and bedrooms and bathrooms. The porch facing the lake was amazing and we spent quite a bit of time there. It is in a nice location and could walk to several restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again !

This was a beautiful property and very comfortable for our entire group. I will let you discover all the delightfully quirky attributes of this lovely home...suffice it to say it was a fascinating place. We enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of bedrooms for us. We loved the view. The backyard was perfect for the kids to run and play. Everybody loved the back room to sit and enjoy the view. We liked that we could to the park, coffee shop and restaurants. We thought the floors could be cleaned better in main areas and needed a good dusting throughout. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
