"It was with heavy heart that we packed up for our journey home. This was our first time staying in Mainely Cabin but our third time enjoying the hospitality of Damon and Jamie ( the other two times were in The Lighthouse). To me, this is Shanghai-La; a place where I find heaven and rejuvenation. The mornings and afternoons walking on the beach finding sea glass and rocks with personality (my treasures) and the sun’s warmth recharging my body. Enjoying the morning sunrises on the deck watching the birds (Eagles included) and evenings watching seals in the bay while sitting by the fire bring tranquility to my soul! I am already counting down the days until August 2027."

"We don't expect much when we check into a motel, but this one so exceeded our expectations that we were actually sad we couldn't stay more than one night. The enormous room had a couch, easy chairs, a nice table, and plenty of room for all of our luggage. The view of the bay could not have been nicer—what a wonderful surprise! We were very comfortable and enjoyed a relaxing evening on an otherwise very hectic trip. We highly recommend this charming hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was peaceful, and we loved sipping our morning coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise, fishing boats, and passing seagulls. Being able to walk into town was a wonderful bonus, and the host was exceptionally accommodating. We would happily stay here again."

"This was one of the best trips to Maine our family has had. The cabin was clean, spacious and had all the necessities. Our days were filled with swimming, fishing and kayaking. Brad and Heidi were amazing hosts and made this vacation a hit."

"If you’re looking for peace, quiet and solitude, don’t look any further than this “seaside sanctuary “. This is our third time renting from Stacey and we hope to return again some day. The views from each of the decks will be etched in our minds forever. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails in the nearby area, as well as some very good restaurants. Stacey is always quick to respond to any questions you may have. Thank you for renting to us."

"The camp was bright and clean with modern amenities. Beautiful view over the lake from the home. The lake was so peaceful accessible down over some rocks. Once there the water was warm , clear and perfect for swimming from beach or dock. The Deck and patio were well designed for enjoying the peaceful retreat. Our host was welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend for families and couples, particularly those traveling with pets as the home, small enclosed yard and deck were secure and generous."
