Bliss at Ten Horse Farm
Our stay at Ten Horse Farm is something out of a classic "home on America's farm" movie. Green abundance with fresh air. Scenes only remembered from a painting by Renoir. Long walks on country trails with occasional sights of a beautiful fawn jumping around. Bliss.

A Great Time at 10 Horse Farm
My wife and I had a great time with our 3 grandchildren (15, 10 and 6) at the Guest House at 10 Horse Farm. The Guest House is well-equipped and has a genuine homely atmosphere. Franklin is also a great host who gave us an in-person warm welcome. He lives on site but was unintrusive yet kept us up to date on things going on on the farm and in the local area. During our stay, there was a violent storm that caused a power outage, Franklin was quickly on the scene with battery lanterns and checking that our grandchildren were OK. Playing board games by lantern light was an enjoyable experience for us all. Being set in its own grounds, there was plenty of space to play outside without disturbing anyone else. It's also a very peaceful and relaxing environment. An ideal location for us made even better by Franklin's personal touch.

This was an excellent place to stay with plenty of room to park trucks and boats. Everything you could ask for and also only 5 minutes to the boat ramp and town. We had a great time!!!

This vacation home is a relaxing piece of heaven. I recommend it highly for anyone who is searching for a beautiful, comfortable and spacious home surrounded by country scenery. The walking trails are full of natural beauty and so enjoyable. The sunrises and sunsets are the best! The owner is friendly and more than gracious. We will certainly come again.

The listing is accurate. It’s a farm hand starter. Very clean decorated in a mid century modern style. If you are looking to get away from it all, this place is great. Internet and cellular coverage were terrible at best, likely due to being away from the city center.

Home was perfect for our fishing trip! Pictures accurately show home except it is much more spacious in person. Location is also very nice as it is literally right off the highway so you are able to get to stores and restaurants very easily. We will definitely rent here again if we come back to Lake Seminole!

Fall Visit to Bainbridge
The house was super-clean and comfortable and overlooked a beautiful grove of pecan trees. The farm's close to town, but feels a million miles away. Frank was very helpful and responsive to all my questions before we arrived. We had five adults with us and we all had plenty of space. PS: It was nice to be able to bring our dog.

First time at this property. Entrance to property could be better marked it was little hard to determine which driveway to enter to get to the guest house. The house was excellent, clean and we slept well.

It’s a very nice and clean place to stay out in the Country, but not to far away from places to shop and eat. Lake Seminole is just a few minutes down the road if you like to fish. We had a great stay and would definitely return again.

Great long weekend break
The guest house was exactly as advertised. Well maintained, well appointed and thoughtfully designed and decorated more like a real home rather than a 'holiday property'. Frank was very helpful, checked on us to make sure everything was as it should be and provided advice on restaurants and local shops. We didn't stray far from the farm due to the bad weather but we enjoyed the lovely property and tranquil location nonetheless. The house is about 100m from the owners' house but feels private due to some well placed trees. The property is also great for small children as it sits in a large grassy area they can run around in, away from any roads or farm activity.

Great writing retreat
While my husband fished Lake Seminole, I stayed at Ten Horse Farm working on accounting, my next novel, and traversing the grounds with my German Shepherd. She had plenty of room in the yard itself, and we managed to visit when a fire break provided a nice trail through the old-growth forest. The farm was quiet enough I didn't have to use my noise-cancelling headphones, not even when writing outside. The home is suitable for any age, clean, and as advertised. The homeowners were very nice and accommodating.
