"Very well equipped and excellent Wi-Fi house somewhat off the beaten path but quiet and peaceful. Not too far from baseball fields (why we were there). Saw deer on premises. Would have liked to have a little better lighting for reading and manager responded positively to that comment so hopefully attended to for next guests. I would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed here during our son’s Cooperstown visit. The house is a charming 3 bedroom with 2 baths. It was the perfect spot for my family and in-laws. The beds were comfy after a long day on the field. Location was walking distance to downtown and an easy drive to the field. The host Charlie was so nice and easy to work with. The house was less than 10 minutes from All-Star Village, which was great for going back-and-forth to watch our son play baseball for the week. we enjoyed our stay . "We are a group of college friends who have been getting together for over forty years. We’ve stayed at a variety of places over the years and now, with 3 generations attending, we need larger accommodations. I think we’ve found our place. Lovely setting. Clean, comfortable rooms.
