"Beim Check-in wurde uns zunächst der Zimmerschlüssel für ein falsches Zimmer ausgehändigt, in dem bereits andere Gäste waren.
Die Rezeption war bis zum Check-in unbesetzt, ebenso am Folgetag am Nachmittag. Eine unmittelbare Reklamation und Abhilfe war dadurch nicht möglich.
Am zweiten Tag waren keinerlei Parkplätze verfügbar.
Im Zimmer befand sich ein nasser Fleck neben dem Bett, der trotz Hinweis nicht behoben wurde.
