"We had a lovely 8 nights at this villa. The Villa was very clean and as described. Lovely facilities. The only negative for me the lack of steps to help getting in and out of the swimming pool. I do think anyone with small children would need to be aware that there is no hand rail or steps on the pool, so you need to be able to pull yourself up and out. The location is good, you can walk into the centre of Salou in 30 mins, or there is a bus stop a couple of mins away, with regular buses...

"Das Haus, Grundstück, Einrichtung sind wirklich wie auf den Bildern sehr gut. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und 2 Jack Russells für 10 Tage hier. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden auch Toilettenpapier und Spültabs. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

"Ha ido todo bien. Ubicacion buena para ir a la playa son 8min. Unico que no nos gustaba , es que de los cargos que indica la pagina de VRBO , el propetario no se aclara bien. Que nos queria cobrar la limpiesa wue estaba incluida al gastos i tambien las tasas turisticas correspondia entre pagina web de Vrbo i propetario. Ultimo nos ha cobrado mas explicando que Vrbo ha contado mal."

"Very nice holiday house with a nice view and great BBQ. Everything is complete, airco is working fine and although you don't spend much time in the house because of the beautiful weather it has a nice living room and enough bedrooms and even 2 bathrooms. Helmut and his wife are a very nice couple and helped us adequate as are the answers of Rolf Mischler in case we had any question. To summarize: we will definitely book next year again. "

"La Villa est parfaitement située peut être pas à 30m mais 20m de la plage ! A mesurer :) La plage en face est propre, bien fréquentée (familles) et pas surchargée. La terrasse de la Villa est très agréable, et vu qu'elle est à 1min de marche de la plage, on peut faire des allées retours pour boire un verre plusieurs fois par jours. C'est vrai qu'une petite rénovation s'impose, ampoules, lampes à remplacer, moustiquaires à réparer ou remplacer, rajouter de la vaisselle etc...ca reste de petites...

"The property was big and spacious it fit all of us and also provided everything you needed from kitchen laundry seating beds linens etc. cleanliness was okay but most linens were very dusty and there was an insect problem almost everywhere around the house. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and squeaky you can barely move, so we could not get a proper rest for 2 weeks. Wenn man dort nicht rechtzeitig zur Öffnung kommt, kann es Wartezeit geben, da nur ein Mitarbeiter. Von allen Schäden gibt es Fotos. Im oberen Stockwerk hatten wir in jedem Badezimmer Probleme mit Toilette, Toilettenspülung und Duschen. 3 Tage hatten wir mit Handwerkern zu tun, was unsere Urlaubszeit gekostet hat. In der Whirlpool Badewanne und in anderen Badewannen...

"Die Ankunft lief super, wir durften bereits am Morgen ins Haus und alles war sauber, das Bad hatte noch ein paar Haare , aber ansonsten war alles sauber. Wenn man Ruhe sucht ist das Haus super, wir empfanden es als etwas einsam, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Es war ausreichend Platz für alle da, wenn man, wie wir, mit Hund anreist, hat man dank der Mauern und des abschließbaren Tors auch die Möglichkeit, den Hund frei laufen zu lassen."
