"Pros: Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz für ein (Klein-)Auto. Ideal! Es gibt einen Aufzug vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung im zweiten Stock. Großartig mit Lebensmitteln! Die Terrasse war unser Lieblingsfrühstücksplatz (22 Grad Mitte Januar!) Die Wanderwege in die Berge beginnen hundert Meter vom Eingang entfernt, das Meer ist zu Fuß über einen 1,3 km langen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist nützlich, um die vielen Restaurants und Supermärkte zu erreichen (ca. 2 bis 4 Kilometer). Cons:...

"Arrived at property very late The building itself did not look inviting Could not find any lights in the hallway that lead to the apartment. There is no pool on premises as shown in pictures. The area around the property does not look nice safe or clean. The only parking that is available is street parking Which isn’t easy to find While the host was very communicative, and assured us that the area is safe We ended up leaving did not stay at the property. I would not recommend it to anyone"

"Pros: This is a very relaxing place with awesome owners whos very serviceminded and they will help with anything you need. And it was good to be located with fair travel distance to all Tenerifes ”must see” places. Güimar is a small town with a ”non-tourist” feeling, so you get a touch of how the locals live. I really recommend this place. Cons: The neighbours had some cocks that made some noise at night some times."
