"I really liked the place easy check in. Walked in smell clean and was very clean. AC in each room. Pool was clean. Beach towels were provided. I would definitely stay there again and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends."

"Generally, we really enjoyed our stay! Loved the pools and girls enjoyed the water park. The views are amazing and facilities are great. We really enjoyed our room, too. Front desk was very helpful upgrading our room since the first one in Las Brisas was outdated, did not have a lock for the bathroom and smelled strongly of clorox. Was there a smell that they tried to hide? The restaurants and food are nothing to look forward to. Poolside restaurants would be your best bet, in our opinion. Also, I recognize breakfast is a busy time for Ventanas, but the host/hostess need better training as they are the “face” of the restaurant. I appreciated the omelette station (Rio Mar eliminated theirs) and the server in charge of it who worked hard and with a smile. Generally, would recommend and visit again!!!!"
