The room was clean and comfortable and the staff quickly accommodated my special requests. I would rate the staff 10/10. I felt safe as a solo traveler. "I booked 2 rooms over 10 months before the stay, and they put my family and me on 2 different floors I was charged 20 euros per day to keep my bike box at the hotel. This has never happened to me before; it's crazy The breakfast at a luxury hotel was super basic. They also had a barrier stopping people from coming in and going out, and it felt like I was in a very cheap hotel. If you wanted an omelette, you would have to pay extra; that seems to be the theme at this hotel. I won't be coming...
