"I had an excellent stay at the Embassy Suites in Santo Domingo. What really stood out the most was the staff. "Wasn't what I expected. Unable to use pool before 10a. No bathtub, thought I booked a room with a tub. Minibar was out and out banditry! Breakfast was awesome! Was never informed where anything was, restaurant, pool, gym...had to gind it on my own."
