"This property is wonderful. It is has everything one needs in a vacation rental and is beautifully appointed. The location can’t be beat - it is safe, quiet and within close walking distance of both a great pool and the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus grocery stores, etc. The owner was terrific and responded immediately to any questions. Highly, highly recommend this property!"

"The condo is very convenient, it has everything you need in the condo. We love that they got all the kitchen appliances since my husband is vegan , so I have to cook most of the meal for him during our stay . Eric was very awesome, we had so many questions and he helped us with everything. We got a parking ticket and we had a hard time to find where can we pay for it . Eric helped us to find out the location and how to get there and he didn’t have too but he was really nice for going above and...

"Loved the decorations in this home. Communication with the property manager was top-notch. She even helped us get an extra beach chair since there was only one available. (That would be my only recommendation—that there be enough beach shares to accommodate the number of people that can stay in the house, and that they be the kind of chairs that recline. Other than that, we literally have no complaints.) It’s a great place! Highly recommend"

"Overall the apartment was nice has a decent size kitchen area open space living area and the bedroom is very cozy. The view of the ocean spectacular. Although the facade of the building is old there are repairs going on but it does not affect your stay. The building inside is very clean. Everything is walking distance especially since the building is located on Ashford Ave one of the main avenues in Condado and you can find many restaurants and stores. The other perk to this stay is the beach...
