The ground floor, with access to the pool and terrace, comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, cosy living room, bathroom, sauna and a small gym. From the living room, the kitchen and the gym, you have direct access to the pool with sea views.

The first floor is accessible via an internal and external staircase. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two balconies with sea views. Each room has its own safe, satellite TV and air conditioning, and three of the four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a television with satellite reception in the living room and the gym.

The outdoor area consists of a children’s play area at the back of the house, a covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, and a lovely pool overlooking the sea. The summer kitchen and charcoal barbecue are available for preparing home-cooked meals to share, which you can enjoy with your family on the covered terrace with stunning sea views. Isn’t that a wonderful start to an unforgettable, relaxing holiday… Villa Leticija is situated in a quiet, idyllic neighbourhood of Hreljin.

Although the location is peaceful, several tourist centres are not far away. The nearest major city (Rijeka) is just 17 kilometres away, and Rijeka Airport is only 14 kilometres from the villa.
